How it works, step by step.
A secure link goes to the contractor.
They confirm their details and upload the required certificates. Work does not start until every mandatory requirement verifies.
Required policies are configured for each type of subcontractor.
Once the documents are in, the system extracts the key values, highlights them on the document itself, and flags any requirement that is not met. The ringed value is the one a rule objected to, so the judgement can be checked against the source in seconds.
The outcome is written in plain English.
This subcontractor requires £5m of public liability cover but the current policy provides only £2m, and the reason is clearly stated. When a document is unclear, it goes to a review queue rather than passing quietly.
Chases are drafted for you. Nothing sends on its own.
Every draft is read, edited and approved by a person before it goes out.
Twelve months of expiry dates, kept by the documents.
The renewal calendar is assembled from the documents themselves, and every action along the way is logged.
